Iftar Mahfil of Chhatra Shibir Borolekha Government College Branch Held

The Iftar Mahfil of the Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir Borolekha Government College Branch in Moulvibazar has been successfully completed.

The event was held on Monday (March 17) at 4 PM in the auditorium of Borolekha Government Degree College. It began with the recitation of the Holy Quran under the presidency of College President Ashraful Islam and the conduct of Secretary Ruhel Ahmed.

The program featured discussions on the significance of Ramadan and building a prosperous career. The chief guest, Tariq Monowar, a central executive council member of Chhatra Shibir and president of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, delivered the keynote speech.

Special guests included former central finance secretary Aminul Islam, district president Nizam Uddin, former district president Abdus Samad, acting principal of Borolekha Government College Abdus Sabur, district office secretary Mohsin Ahmed, finance secretary Tofazzal Hossain, district library and foundation secretary Tariq Ahmed, and former college president and Sylhet Metropolitan Jamaat leader Abu Hasan.

Others present were Borolekha city president Humayun Kabir Saju, northern president Javed Ahmed, southern president Abdur Rahman, western president Kamran Ahmed, Borolekha city secretary Noman Ahmed, western secretary Sabbir Ahmed, Borolekha city finance secretary Emdadul Haque Emad, school program secretary Md. Kolim Uddin, literature secretary Zakir Hossain, college secretary Shamsul Alam Hasan, Sadar South director Abdul Ahad, municipal president Sabbir Ahmed, Sadar North president Riaz Uddin, southern president Tariq Khan, municipal secretary Ifteham Mahfuz, madrasa secretary Adilur Rahman, and municipal finance secretary Nahid Ahmed, among others.
