Ashfaq Ahmed, Borolekha-Juri Correspondent: The Borolekha Upazila branch of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami organized a daylong educational camp for its selected (advanced) workers. The event was held on Saturday (May 10) at the Gramotla Alim Madrasa hall room, starting at 9 AM and continuing until 5 PM.
The educational camp was presided over by Borolekha Upazila Jamaat Ameer Emadul Islam, and jointly conducted by Upazila Nayeb-e-Ameer Abdullah Al Mahfuz Suman and Upazila Jamaat Secretary Maulana Abdul Basit. The session on “Darsul Quran” was delivered by Maulana Mujahidul Islam, a Shura member of the Upazila Jamaat.
The program featured Engineer Muhammad Shahed Ali, Ameer of Moulvibazar District Jamaat, as the chief guest. Special guests included District Jamaat Nayeb-e-Ameer Maulana Abdur Rahman, former Juri Upazila Ameer Hafiz Nazmul Islam, and District Working Committee member Maulana Islam Uddin.
Other notable participants included Faisal Ahmed, Nayeb-e-Ameer of Borolekha Upazila; Professor Abdul Mohaimin, President of the Professional Unit of the Upazila; Kamal Ahmed, President of Jamaat-e-Islami (Youth Division) Unit of the Upazila; Jamaat leader Khizir Ahmed; Delwar Hossain Saeed, Secretary of the Labor Welfare Federation’s Upazila branch; and Maulana Badrul Islam, President of the North Shahbazpur Union Parishad Unit.
