Under the leadership of Officer-in-Charge Md. Arifur Rahman, Sub-Inspector Md. Ariful Islam, along with the accompanying officer force, conducted an operation at Chandranagar, Bayezid Bostami Police Station area. During the operation, the team apprehended the accused Md. Israfil (28) from Room No. 43 of a tin-shed building on the eastern side of Babul Sahib’s colony.
The following items were recovered and seized from the possession of the accused:
1. One operational foreign pistol with a wooden grip.
2. One pistol magazine.
3. One Android mobile phone.
In connection with this incident, Case No. 15(04)25 under Section 19A of The Arms Act 1878 has been filed at Bayezid Bostami Police Station.
