Outrage prevails against the brutal Israeli genocide targeting helpless Palestinian women, children, men, and the elderly alike.
Targeting the first Qibla of Muslims, Baitul Maqdis, the Zionist aggressors have been carrying out terrorist attacks on the innocent people of Palestine.
On Friday (March 21), a massive protest rally was organized under the banner of Touhidi forces from various mosques in Barlekha, Moulvibazar. The rally paraded through the main streets of the municipal town and culminated in an assembly at Dakshin Bazar.
The protest assembly was presided over by Kazi Enamul Haque, a teacher at Barlekha Mohammadia Fazil Madrasa, and conducted by young social worker Faisal Alam Swapan.
Speakers at the assembly included former Upazila Vice Chairman and Jamaat-e-Islami Upazila Ameer Md. Emdadul Islam, founder editor of the weekly Barlekha newspaper M.M. Atiqur Rahman, Principal Mufti Maulana Ziaul Haque, Lecturer Tarek Ahmed, young social worker Mohammad Khairul Islam, Maulana Abul Hasan Hadi, Khatib Maulana Abdullah Ali, and youth leader Hafiz Safiq Ahmed, among others.
In the protest assembly, speakers demanded that the primary advisors, the United Nations, and world leaders take immediate action to stop the massacre of Muslims. They also called on people worldwide to boycott Israeli and Indian products and unite against oppression, persecution, and tyranny.
